Orders

All orders at Bellyflop are subject to availability.  You will receive an email to notify you of the acceptance of your order shortly after we receive it.  If the product you want is out of stock we will let you know via email and advise when more stock is due.  We will charge your account for payment when your order is ready to be sent.

Our busy little team at our despatch department aim to have your order sent out within 5 working days –but it usually is a lot quicker than that due to our excellent staff!  Your important parcel will then be handed over to the care of Australia Post in a Registered Mail, Express Post or Parcel Post bag.  Depending where you are living in Australia it can take up to 9 working days for you to receive your order . 

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days we will be happy to send out another garment ASAP or offer you a full refund.

Team or Club Orders

If your Team or Club would like to place a group order,  the easiest way to go about it is to either send us an email detailing exactly what you are after or give us a call!!  We’d be happy to look after you - Bellyflop has great incentives for group orders – including excellent discounts for all orders of 10+ garments or accessories. 

Returns or Faulty Garments

If you wish to exchange an item from Bellyflop please send it back to us within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Please quote your original order reference number, name, address and contact telephone details.  We will only exchange items that are in their original condition – ie, have not been worn or washed, are unsoiled and still have the tags attached. 

Refunds are not given for change of mind, on sale, clearance or discounted stock.  These items can be exchanged or a credit note will be issued.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault please return the faulty item within 10 days of delivery along with a note describing the fault.   Returns will not be accepted for garments that display general wear associated with frequent use over time.  Once we have received your garment we will send it through to the manufacturer and await their response.  If your garment is deemed to be ‘faulty’, we will issue a replacement garment or full refund. 

 If you think your garment has a manufacturing fault please send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to discuss it with you.

 

Care Instructions for Swimwear

Our swimwear is made from high quality chlorine resistant fabric.  To maintain vibrant colour and long-lasting wear we advise the following:

-          Rinse in cold water, immediately after use in chlorine or salt water

-          Dry in shade after rinsing

-          Occasionally hand wash in mild soap or machine wash on a cold gentle cycle

-          Apply sunscreen 15 min before putting on your costume, as oil or lotion can deteriorate the fabric



-          Do not: iron, leave swimwear wrapped in a wet towel, leave hanging dripping wet, use tumble dryer or heater, soak or bleach, hang swimwear in direct sunlight
